Portal Terminal Color Palette

The colors are based on the slime colors, lasers, and companion cube colors. I've chosen hex colors that match xterm-256 colors (75, 208, 252, 196, 218). I'm using this for vim colors and other linux stuff. I might add a gitlab link with dotfiles when I make them.
